Crafted with care in Hyogo, Japan, this oxford cloth is the work of Banshuori—renowned for its meticulous thread-dyeing techniques. Unlike piece-dyed fabrics, Banshuori dyes the thread before weaving, giving the cloth a depth and richness of color that endures. The entire process, from dyeing to weaving, is carried out in Hyogo, ensuring it's authentically and proudly Made in Japan.

The yarn itself hails from the US, and the result is a 100% cotton oxford that strikes the right balance—soft to the touch, with just the right amount of heft. As you wear and wash it, the shirt breaks in beautifully, offering that familiar comfort only a well-made OCBD can deliver.

オックスフォード生地は、染め・織り・加工と全て一貫して生産された純国産の播州織です。シャツ生地の生産で有名な兵庫県の工場で、200年以上前から伝わる、糸を先に染めてから織る先染めという技法で作られています。

糸は、証明の取れるUSコットンを使用しており、シャツは綿100%です。経糸に40/1番手の引き揃え、緯糸には16/2の太番の糸を使用することにより、しっかりとしたハリコシがありながら、しなやかな仕上りになっています。ちょうど良い肉厚さで、洗濯するたびに肌馴染みが良くなるのを感じていただけると思います。
